The weather, the seasons, the outdoor activities and the friendly neighbors are all items I can attest to. I have seen the Vail Valley transform from a tiny ski town to what you see today.

Despite what main stream media is touting, the housing market in the Vail Valley remains strong. Don’t look for “blood to run in the streets”. More and more motivated sellers are finally listening to their brokers and are adjusting prices accordingly.
