Welcome to my web site and welcome to the Vail Valley. Having lived here for my entire adult life I qualify as a living testimonial to confirm all the wonderful things you may have heard about the Vail Valley.  The weather, the seasons, the outdoor activities and the friendly neighbors are all items I can attest to.  I have seen the Vail Valley transform from a tiny ski town to what you see today.

I position myself as a real estate advisor, one who takes the time to make sure you have a complete understanding of the all the various neighborhoods here in the Vail Valley, allowing you to make an informed decision about a real estate purchase.  I am not in business to sell you real estate; I am in the business of helping you find the right property.  I don’t love, love, love, everything you see; you get my frank opinion about properties viewed.   Once we have identified the right property, I use my skills to obtain the best price and terms for you.

Despite all the negative press being spewed by the main stream media about the housing market, the Vail Valley remains strong.  Don’t look for “blood to run in the streets”.  Prices have adjusted from the recent run-up of some 46% to reflect current market conditions and “deals” are hard to come by. However, there are buys out there and now would be a good time to make a purchase before the next run-up and the requisite “selling on future value” occurs.
